099 Members
099 members are those members who have not chosen to associate themselves with chapter. They only pay the association dues. These lists are provided by region to each chapter so that you can follow up with them on joining your chapter.

When these members want to join your chapter, they can in the following ways:
- They can pay their chapter dues directly to the chapter or the chapter can choose to waive them as a way to introduce them to the chapter. When this happens notify ARMA International so that we can update their record so that they appear on your next chapter roster and on their next renewal invoice.
- They can pay on the ARMA International site. Have them log into their MY ARMA account, click on “Join Chapter” and follow the prompts. The chapter dues amount will be pro-rated based off of the number of months they have remaining in their ARMA membership. Once the transaction is complete the funds will be distributed to the chapter based on the normal Chapter Escrow process and they will appear on the next chapter roster.
Additionally you may want to wave the chapter dues for the first year to get them on your chapter roster and distribution list. To do this you need to notify HQ by email (members@armaintl.org) who these individuals are and that the chapter wants to wave the dues. They will then show up on your next roster and during their renewal process they will be invoiced for both the association and chapter dues.
