Membership Tracking Spreadsheet (with formulas)
There are a couple of ways to keep track of the members with which you should be communicating:
- Monthly Rosters – the rosters are distributed pre-sorted by expiration date with those who are about to expire or already have and are in their grace period at the top of the list.
- Termination e-mail – this is sent to chapter leaders when a member is 30 days past their expiration date and will be terminated in 30 days if they do not renew.
