Each Chapter & Region are emailed a roster on or around the 5th of each month. These rosters are emailed to Chapter Leaders only and are to be use for chapter business.
The individual(s) who receive these rosters is at the discretion of the Chapter President. These rosters are intended for chapter use only. If a chapter board member is found to be using these lists for purposes other than chapter use, an investigation will be made and disciplinary action will be taken.
See the Chapter Membership List Usage Parameters.
If you have a question about a member on this report you can contact the Member Service Department. If you have a question about the report, contact the Member Services.

Chapter board members who are identified by the chapter president receive two (2) e-mails that are automatically generated: the New Member e-mail and the Monthly Terminated Member e-mail. These are further described below:
- New Member E-mail: Sent immediately when a member joins a chapter. This email is sent if they are brand new to that chapter or if their membership has terminated and they have rejoined the chapter. If a member is new to ARMA International but has not joined a chapter, their name is sent to the Region Manager to forward on to the respective chapter.
- Monthly Terminated Member E-mail: This message is sent out the last day of each month and lists all members who are 30 days past their expiration date and whose membership will be terminated in 30 days if they do not renew. This enables chapters to follow up with these members one last time and encourage them to renew.
